The 2018 Farm Bill changed the game by legalizing hemp and products made from it. Some states like Florida, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, and Utah​​ have mixed laws, where medical marijuana and hemp-derived cannabinoids might be legal, but recreational use is either restricted or not allowed.
